No, it wouldn't. Things like this are considered art, just like the works of Leonardo Da Vinci, and they are LEGAL! Hell, I have a full size poster that I made of a naked young girl (drawn, of course) hanging in my room that ANYONE can see from my window when I have it open.

No one has complained.
